Whenever a planet from one person's chart makes a 150-degree angle with a planet from another person's chart, one of two things can happen.
1. If Saturn is not one of the planets, then a linkage is formed and the resulting linkage promotes compatibility just like any other linkage. Under such circumstances, we call the 150-degree angle a Magical Angle.
2. But if either of the planets is Saturn, then the two planets form a Saturn Clash. A Saturn Clash has a very different effect than a linkage. Saturn Clashes are highly accurate astrological warnings that two persons will have a tumultuous relationship, or that at least one of the persons' lives will be greatly disrupted by their relationship.
A good example of both types of 150-degrees angles is that of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen. Below is their Combined Alignment Chart.
In the above chart, the red lines highlight the four Saturn Clashes that the planets from their charts form. Their charts also create five linkages. The single blue line highlights the one 150-degree type linkage that Allen and Farrow have. They have four 120-degree type linkages that we highlighted in green. Of the five linkages, one is a Chiron Linkage.
To make a long story short, Mia and Woody was a couple for over ten years but never married. It was a deep relationship; Mia even bore Allen a natural son. But the relationship became the bitterest celebrity breakup of the century when Woody inflicted the ultimate insult on Mia. Woody was more interested in not just a younger woman, but in Mia's teenage daughter (adopted). He eventually married the daughter.
From our extensive research, we discovered that when a relationship has so many Saturn Clashes (Mia and Woody have four of them) the relationship almost always ends in a very acrimonious manner. The five linkages helped to bring them together in the first place, and also helped them to stay a couple for over ten years. But the four Saturn Clashes eventually caused the disastrous ending to their relationship.
Just as the best linkages are formed with Chiron, Chiron forms the worst Saturn Clashes. Mia and Woody have one.
Besides the 150-degree angle, there are two other angles that form Saturn Clashes. Both the 90-degree and the 180-degree angles can also form Saturn Clashes. If the position of Saturn in one person's chart is 90 or 180 degrees from the position of another planet in someone else's chart, there is a Saturn Clash. Here again, the worst clashes are still the ones made by Saturn and Chiron. Dennis Rodman and Carmen Electra have one of the 90-degree types and it involves Chiron.
How do you weigh the power of each specific linkage versus any Saturn Clashes? Basically, a Saturn Clash is more powerful than two linkages, except Chiron Linkages.
